The Yoh Weight-Room

Our 7,000sq ft facility is the home to our Duke Football team weight-room. The space features 18 Sorinex racks, Plae flooring, and 1 of 3 Gatorade stations. The YOH weight-room also houses our in house Bodpod to allow us to measure body composition for student-athletes without leaving our athletic campus.

Out the doors and up a quick flight of stairs there is our turf for warn-up, mobility and movement preperation for the day.
